Spider-Noir is the best comic book based show or movie to come out in YEARS! Consistently good acting, great cast chemistry, and a solid scipt that focused on story telling and character arcs over personal iodiology injects. This was the perfect mix of gritty pulp, humor, and drama. There NEEDS to be another season and it must be written by the same people behind season 1.

As a child, two pieces of media made a big impression and birthed my love for the film-noir detective story: Who Framed Roger Rabbit and the PC game Under a Killing Moon. I loved Eddie Valliant and Tex Murphy. Hard boiled private detectives with sardonic wit, drinking problems, and a weakness for dames. So it was with great anticipation that I watched Spider Noir and man, I was not disappointed. Nicolas Cage was awesome - everything a film noir detective ought to be. The fact that he's also Spiderman seemed almost secondary to the noir detective mystery. However in a miracle of good writing, acting, and filmmaking, it all fit together seamlessly. The 8 episodes flow together well with no filler and no loose ends. I binged it all in a day which I haven't done with a new show in years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This series has everything we asked for. I have lot of confusions before releasing it in prime. But when i finished the full series, it was really worth it. I’ll suggest everyone to watch especially those who like detectives with supernatural powers.

Absolute masterpiece. Nic Cage delivers an incredible performance, and the cinematography, as well as the designs are superb. Not sure how it looks in color, but the black and white is fantastic.
