Movies TV Shows
The Descent (2005) 87% 4.5/5 EDIT “An unbearably tense, constantly surprising and visually inventive experience, which concludes in a depressing but appropriate way (thankfully, here it's arriving with the original British ending). [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 17, 2026 Full Review Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair (2006) 100% 4/5 EDIT “Now that I've seen this complete cut, I have to admit that watching both parts of "Kill Bill" (more or less) back-to-back makes perfect sense. If only they'd shown it all in one sitting instead of using an intermission! [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 16, 2026 Full Review Last Ride (2026) 3/5 EDIT “Could "Last Ride" have been more original and less redundant, and of course, more satisfying, if it hadn't included the present-day scenes? Absolutely. But what Lee and company deliver is still not bad at all. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 16, 2026 Full Review The Mummy Returns (2001) 46% 3.5/5 EDIT “Between the thrilling action scenes, excellent chemistry between the actors, memorable soundtrack, and moments that allow us to empathise with the antagonists (!), "The Mummy Returns" turns out to be a pleasant surprise. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 16, 2026 Full Review Wuthering Heights (2026) 60% 2/5 EDIT “Fans of the novel will find an adaptation that doesn't understand the point of the original story, and those looking for a passionate love story to watch on Valentine's Day will find a narratively inert, emotionally empty film. [Full review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 16, 2026 Full Review The Outlaws (2017) 92% 3.5/5 EDIT “A thriller that establishes the tonal and narrative foundations of the saga: direct violence, occasional humor, and a protagonist of imposing strength. [Full review in Spanish].” – Ventana Indiscreta Feb 13, 2026 Full Review Crime 101 (2026) 86% 4/5 EDIT “The interweaving of different narrative threads lends a solemn and epic tone to the production. It's the kind of film we should support and see in cinemas; otherwise, it will once again be relegated to the obscurity of streaming and (UGH) "content."” – Me gusta el cine Feb 12, 2026 Full Review Cold Storage (2026) 77% 4/5 EDIT “It's the perfect kind of film for those looking for a thriller with very light comedic touches and references to other post-apocalyptic stories, which makes the most of its talented and charismatic cast. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 9, 2026 Full Review Ella McCay (2025) 23% 2.5/5 EDIT “It's not the complete disaster they made it out to be a few months ago, but I'm not about to declare it an underrated cult classic either. In fact, it falls right in the middle; hence, it doesn't please anyone. [Full review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 9, 2026 Full Review The Mortuary Assistant (2026) 41% 2/5 EDIT “The video game [...] does work as a creepy, atmospheric and frequently scary story. Its film adaptation, unfortunately, lacks all the atmosphere, coherence, believability and – of course – interactivity of the final product.” – Loud and Clear Reviews Feb 9, 2026 Full Review Send Help (2026) 93% 4/5 EDIT “It's extremely fun and at times unpredictable, and benefits from two brave performances—impossible not to become a McAdams fan with this film, if you weren't already. I can't imagine the film without her charismatic presence. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 6, 2026 Full Review Bight (2026) 3/5 EDIT “There's nothing particularly provocative about the film, which will surely disappoint fans of the subgenre, but probably won't matter to those just looking to pass the time. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Feb 4, 2026 Full Review Train Dreams (2025) 95% 4.5/5 EDIT “A story about the importance of the connections we make, the nature of the world, and the pain we feel when we lose what we love most. It will break your heart, but it will also leave you with a greater appreciation for life. [Full review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 4, 2026 Full Review The Muppet Show (2026) 98% 4/5 EDIT “A show for the whole family that, among its musical numbers, funny sketches and good characterisations, pays homage to the franchise and leaves one hoping that it may continue in the near future. [Full review in Spanish].” – No Es En Serie Feb 3, 2026 Full Review Bedford Park (2026) 96% 4/5 EDIT “'Bedford Park' tends to be a bit too subtle, and it relies at times on coincidences to move the plot forward. But overall, it's a delicate, realistic, and impeccably acted drama. [Full Review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 1, 2026 Full Review Big Girls Don't Cry (2026) 100% 4/5 EDIT “By being set in a very specific place and time (those of us in our thirties will recognise the interactions via MSN Messenger) and featuring excellent performances, the film ends up feeling intimate, believable, and emotional. [Full Review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 1, 2026 Full Review The Huntress (2026) 100% 4.5/5 EDIT “'The Huntress' avoids generalisations and melodrama, presenting us with a desolate and dangerous Ciudad Juárez, where the system has forced women to take justice into their own hands. [Full review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 1, 2026 Full Review How to Divorce During the War (2026) 100% 4/5 EDIT “A drama about ideals versus reality; about intentions to help versus what can actually be done. And yes, also a good film about relationships, family, and divorce. [Full review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Feb 1, 2026 Full Review Marty Supreme (2025) 94% 4.5/5 EDIT “An energetic, visually spectacular, and fascinating experience in terms of character development, with a virtually perfect ending. It is the ultimate proof that Timothée Chalamet has what it takes to become a true movie star. [Full review in Spanish].” – Cinencuentro Jan 27, 2026 Full Review Greenland 2: Migration (2026) 49% 3/5 EDIT “Its focus isn't on the spectacular recreation of grand disaster scenes. Like the first film, it tells an intriguing survival story that, for about two hours, keeps us on the edge of our seats. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Jan 27, 2026 Full Review Return to Silent Hill (2026) 19% 1.5/5 EDIT “It's not scary, it's not tense, it's not even funny. The characters are incredibly boring, and the talented actors who play them do what they can with material that doesn't do them any favours. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Jan 22, 2026 Full Review In Cold Light (2025) 50% 4/5 EDIT “Don’t be fooled by the lame poster, which features Monroe’s Ava holding a gun and staring at the horizon, Liam Neeson-style; In Cold Light is a disturbing and well-crafted little thriller.” – Loud and Clear Reviews Jan 20, 2026 Full Review The Rip (2026) 79% 4/5 EDIT “Joe Carnahan’s The Rip is a suspenseful cop thriller full of surprising twists, fun action and solid, believable performances. ” – Loud and Clear Reviews Jan 16, 2026 Full Review 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026) 92% 4/5 EDIT “If its predecessor was a surprisingly emotional reflection on morality, love, and the contrast between human hatred and superhuman rage, "28 Years Later: The Bone Temple" feels like an eccentric continuation of those ideas. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Jan 15, 2026 Full Review Paprika (2006) 87% 4.5/5 EDIT “It is one of the most original anime films ever made, a movie that is not limited by its animation, developing adult and complex themes in an undeniably visually striking way. [Full review in Spanish].” – Me gusta el cine Jan 9, 2026 Full Review
