Washed-up Sheriff Ben Watts (Bruce Willis) guards the secrets of the wealthy residents of a small Georgia town. When three outlaws take a prominent town doctor hostage in search of a missing woman, Sheriff Watts is called in to handle the situation before the FBI arrives. In a race against time, mayor Charles Routledge (Timothy V. Murphy) pressures Sheriff Watts to launch an assault on the hostage-takers and to eliminate all witnesses. When the Sheriff realizes he may be a pawn in a larger scheme, he must carve a bloody warpath to expose the truth behind the town's dark secrets.

Lol, how is this movie at 91% with audiences when you start looking at the user reviews? A group of 60 year old dads must have gotten together somehow and made giving this movie positive scores their target

Good enough to have on in the background but bad enough to focus your attention. Actors appear competent but are hobbled by the middling dialog and barely passable direction. Embarrassing and depressing for Bruce Willis' career.

Overall, movie lovers by now know what they're getting themselves into with another Bruce Willis movie. To my surprise, Bruce Willis is ever so slightly more motivated on-screen here, delivering a few minor moments that feel more fitting for the actor. However, I still can't deny that the characters deliver many unfitting, cringe-worthy lines and uninteresting dialogue. While the setup contains a fun mystery and concept, the plot is uninteresting. Due to it being extremely dialogue-heavy, I lost track of what was happening and zoned out upon my first viewing.

Ooof. Another low budget Willis movie that's set in Georgia and involves some delinquents trying to figure out what happen to Hindman's sister. And Hindman really ruins the acting.

This currently has a 94% audience rating. How?! Everything about it is bad. Acting, camera work, SFX, makeup, props, scene layouts… Bad. Just really really bad. Not even "so bad it's good", kind of bad. Just bad.
