Glenrothan is a story of family, forgiveness, and the possibility of healing. Set in the Scottish Highlands, two headstrong brothers (Alan Cumming and Brian Cox), are brought together at the country home of their 200-year-old family whiskey distillery after being estranged for almost 40 years.

This movie was fabulous. The plot was very clever and the outdoor scene's were extremely pleasant. Don't get me started about the acting. Superb! Couldn't stop talking about this movie. Such a delight. It certainly made you laugh and at times tugged the heart strings. A movie that had the essence of normal family situations Well done. Ed Kryskow.

The plot was really good. The scenery was beautiful. The acting was amazing. It was funny in places, were the audience nearly all laughed, and really serious in many places too. I really enjoyed it from beginning to end. Strongly recommended for a mature audience with life experience.

I loved this easy to watch feel good movie! The scenery and cinematography were beautifully shot. Complicated family relationships probably resonate with a lot of people. But at the end of the movie I just wanted to be in the Highlands drinking a dram!
