It's also an entertaining look at a family business and finding community. The interviews are plain awesome for any music lover. Definitely a must-see! See more Jason C @RT48669618 2d I didn’t know it was possible, but this doc actually revised my feelings about Morrissey. In it, he’s delightful. There are so many interesting rock stars and characters in this film it’s an absolute must-see for music fans. I did NOT have the Executive Life Insurance Company scandal on the bingo card for this film, but there you have it. I genuinely loved this movie. It's got SLASH, Bruce, Ringo, Grohl, Cyndi... freaking Keith Richards! It's great - pure sex drugs and rock and roll wrapped in a legit interesting story about the father and son who own the place and who have been on a crazy ride of their own. On its surface, it looks like a typical rock doc, except that it has more rock 'n' roll icons per frame than any film I've ever seen. But where it really gets you is in the heart, with a father-son story that somehow had me tearing up in the end. Can't recommend it highly enough. I loved hearing the stories and getting a glimpse into a side of rock and roll history that most of us never got to see. It brought back a lot of nostalgia and made me realize just how much music history happened within those walls.
