Claudio C @Claudio666 Feb 9 Silly and Predictable (11,805 –04 Jul 2025) Julian Grimm returns to his religious hometown with his pregnant wife Anna and his 15-year-old daughter Emerson expecting divine assistance to Anna, who lost all her babies. Pastor Carl and the community welcome them. Emerson befriends her classmate Delilah and they spend their free time together. When Delilah’s friend Rebecca is found dead in the forest, Emerson says to Delilah that she saw a monster in the forest. "Spirit in the Blood" (2024) is a dramatic thriller with a silly coming-of-age story by Carly May Borgstrom. The lonely Emerson reads many comic books and fantasizes a ritual to become fearless with her best friends and some school mates. The genre of this movie is not horror or supernatural, but a thriller with the drama of two teenage girls. The conclusion is predictable with a logical explanation of what happened to the girls.
