Wonderwall 12/03/2023 There are moments in this film where I was like woah.. this is unlike any zombie film I’ve ever seen.. and in a very good way. Definitely more of a social commentary than expected and very entertaining. And Im a huge zombie fan, I typically find the good in even the least popular B/C-level zombie flicks but this one hasta be among the worst. Zero redeeming qualities here honestly. Turn on ur fan and put “As we know it” on at half-volume when you’re trying to fall asleep and only then, you may have found the only possible use for this bore-fest. Visually, it’s a nostalgic treat, with cinematography that practically begs you to stop and take in every beautifully shot scene. The performances are a standout, breathing life (and death) into the quirky characters and creating moments that you’ll be thinking about long after the credits roll. And of course, The Prairie Oyster – let’s just say, it’s a concoction you’ll never forget. The script for the main characters seem like that were written for some more famous actors he were to old to play the parts! What seemed like a feel good ending was instead flipped into your typical everyone dies at the end of the typical zombie movie!
