A rookie policewoman in New Orleans inadvertently captures the shooting death of a young drug dealer on her body cam. There’s an effective, nuanced way to tell a story tackling this issue. Black and Blue does the exact opposite of that, eschewing all nuance and subtlety to make the most generic version of this story as possible.

I really like the story line and the overall message of the film. In society today its as easy to judge someone by their job, title, or profession. The same way you would a person by the color of their skin or where theyre from. Gives me hope that there are Good Cops out there who believe in protecting the people!
