Jace E @thefilmguy 1d How this movie made me feel in one word: Preoccupied. The new music is fantastic. My kids love it and we've been rocking out ever since watching it. The rest of the film is lackluster, even for a Disney Channel show. There is truly never any conflict. A few times, something dramatic happens but it's quickly resolved. Like most recent Disney Channel projects, movie is meh, music is great. Best Character: Fletch Best Scene: First Time Hearing "Tomorrow" Best Piece of Score: "Score Suite" Best Song: "Tomorrow" ("Echo" had a strong case, but I don't love the opening chant) Note: The song at the end "My Own Drum" might be the worst song I've ever heard. See more Alberto C @alcbertoo 2d I liked the movie "Camp Rock 3". I found it to be a good sequel to the saga, with a well-written plot.
I think they thought this movie through very carefully. It combines a lot of information from the first two films, while improving it and making some elements less cringe.
Maybe the only important mistake in the plot, for me, is that it is less fascinating and exciting than the first and second movies.
About the acting, I found Hudson Stone, as Desi, really cool. I really liked his character and the way he is designed. I also want to say that Malachi Barton’s performance as Fletch, in my opinion, is good.
Now I just want to talk about the scene where all five finalists of the contest were singing in the "tour van" during the third challenge. It was very emotional. I really loved the song, and I think it explains the moral of the movie perfectly.

Il aurait fallu revenir aux sources et reprendre les décors des deux premiers films pour retrouver leur magie. Construire 3 ou 4 cabanes en bois au bord d’un lac et écrire « Camp Rock » partout ne suffit pas. Les dortoirs, le coin des canoës, le carnet de Mitchie et les détails emblématiques ne sont plus les mêmes. L’histoire est vide, les nouveaux personnages sont inintéressants et on n’a pas le temps de s’y attacher. Les musiques sont décevantes, avec beaucoup trop d’autotune. Le retour des Jonas Brothers fait plaisir, mais voir Demi Lovato seulement 2 secondes est une arnaque. Aucune nouvelle des autres acteurs ! Même la relation du couple donne l’impression que tout ce qui s’est passé dans les deux premiers films a été oublié. Certes, le film a beaucoup été regardé sur Disney, mais beaucoup ont été déçus. La nostalgie ne suffit pas. Camp Rock 3 n’a pas l’âme des deux premiers. Pas besoin d’un Camp Rock 4, cette histoire devrait s’arrêter là. See more Monica Sofia L @RT16355361 3d Rewatching the last two movies after watching this one made me confirm my thoughts on the newest Camp Rock. I think the new kids are talented in dancing and singing, but unfortunately their acting looked too forced, I honestly did not see true chemistry. The acting and real chemistry the actors from the first two made the movies become so special. I think the outfits of this new film was too much, they needed to remember these characters are at camp, like the first two, they needed to calm down in hair and make up and the outfits. I don't mind the new songs, but I didn't feel like these songs were as catchy, and fun and relatable to the characters and the story of the movie like the first two films. Lastly, I understand they needed to focus on the new story and characters, but I do think Demi's cameo could've been a lot better, like some parts from this movie, it looked too forced or fake. My kids stopped watching after 20 minutes and never went back… See more Julian B @RT07031984 4d I hated this movie because I feel like I’m not the right age for it but for the right age kids will enjoy it and it feels like fan service but any movie sequel that took like 16 years will always do that so it’s normal but for this that’s all they really focused on and it feels like they took that much time to make another one just for the script but and all the jokes and moments feel forced and of course it’s corny but if you have a kid let them watch this movie but leave the room or get headphones and put them to the max See more Read all reviews
