Cookie Queens is an intentionally cute documentary about four Girl Scouts and their experiences selling Girl Scout Cookies. Some of the movie looks like a staged and scripted infomercial. Child labor issues will make some viewers uncomfortable.

Go see it ! What a superb documentary film! The Cookie Queens and their families are so likable & entertaining. It’s funny, pithy and full of heartwarming American Girl Scout love, experiences and cookies. Kudos to the AJNA films crew, director and producers.

I don't get it. I read the synopsis and thought this sweet, coming of age story is right up my alley. What I saw was not what I expected. First, kids don't talk like that, mini-adults in little bodies. Second. the values & principles of what (I thought) the Girl Scouts was about was not what I saw. Third, I was a Brownie & a Girl Scout, and This wasn't it. Very Disappointed.
