While Crush at least avoids one or two clichés, in its leap of faith — a little pun since the primary characters take part in a track team — the film does run into other obstacles and takes some falls, albeit not hard-hitting ones.

love to see Rowan Blanchard on screen! perfect summer movie, even tho not set in summer. pretty good love triangle teen movie! cliche teen movies done in a queer context is NEEDED!

The cutest film and also some of the best lesbian representation i've seen on screen. Most characters are people of color, and are fluid across the gender and sexuality spectrum.

I know I am not the demographic viewer this movie is intended, but I absolutely love this film. The movie is so sincere and presented to us with an 80s touch with a modern day story.
