06/24/2020 Love love love the passion and dedication of the young people in this film!! It is so inspiring to watch and gives me great hope for our future!! See more 06/15/2020 In a time when many feel hopeless, as if our voices are muted, this documentary takes us on a journey that leaves the viewer inspired to move towards change. We get a birds-eye view of the horrific event that sparked these amazing young adults to inspire millions. The story unfolds through the eyes of hope, optimism, and resilience. Parkland Rising will keep your attention from the very first minute and leave you motivated to make a change in order to keep our children safe. See more 06/11/2020 Never before have I seen a more 1 sided film which cheery picked and greatly distorted certain facts, while completely ignoring the endless facts that don't fit their narrative. Lying is defined as, "The intent to deceive". It's not an exaggeration to say the film makers are either completely ignorant of basic counter narrative truths, or they're lying. There's no third choice. This was poorly written, poorly directed and 100% ideologically driven. Going beyond the news coverage of the horrific event, Parkland Rising is both heart-wrenching and heartwarming. The undeniable call to action for the kids and families directly effected by the Parkland shootings is inspiring. The documentary follows a journey that is both an education in gun reform, and a hope-inducing look at activism performed by a generation who are motivated and persistent about making lasting, necessary, and thoughtful change. See more 06/08/2020 An incredibly moving documentary highlighting a call to action from those who personally endured such an unimaginable tragedy. At a time in our history where having a voice is so important, this film incredibly captured those committed to their cause. Regardless of your own beliefs, Parkland should challenge you to define a part of your personal character. The part of you that can make a positive impact.
