Retains all the offbeat humor and casual surrealism that has kept this franchise afloat for over three decades. Go to Full Review

The main character, played by Bannister, is forever baffled as to what his actual reality is. His bafflement is shared by the viewer. Go to Full Review

Ravager's narrative alters reality so much it's almost impossible to know what's real and what's a dream - true to form of the previous installments. Go to Full Review

Phantasm: Ravager is a triumphant conclusion to this franchise, and I had a great time seeing the entire original cast together onscreen one last time, as they all brought an infectious sense of enthusiasm to the table with their performances. Go to Full Review

B P @Bradster69 2d Not Bad, but Not My Favorite See more Daniel N. @denna Mar 4 Love the franchise. But this was astonishingly bad. See more Justin T @RT08580778 06/19/2025 The narration at the start is pretty cheesy, it’s definitely the weakest attempt to follow on from the previous film. They could have at least cleaned their lenses, they were so dirty. The CGI looks pretty bad. Overall this is a disappointing finale. They should have tried to match the tone of the first film and not make an action film as they did a terrible job of making the action. It is far and away the ugliest one of the series, horrible cinematography, especially outside during the day. One of the ugliest films, not just of the Phantasm films. The indoor scenes didn’t look as bad. It has the worst acting. The comedic elements are back and that was what dragged Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead (1994) down. I quite liked the music and this is a complete franchise told over 37 years. Although this is easily the worst of the series and not really worth watching. See more Mark H @RT41056129 11/07/2024 Loved it, fantastic!!!!!! See more chris h @RT26751167 06/25/2024 It's better than all of them except the first. It still seems a bit confusing. Was great seeing Reggie. See more 03/22/2021 Very confusing, poor effects, subpar acting, and hardly faithful to its predecessors. See more Read all reviews
