They make out the dad to be some kind of Rambo (he asks permission to use any means necessary to find his daughter) only for him to fail at that. It's like they didn't have a scriptwriter. They tried to avoid a basic formula for what this could have been (a formula basically satisfying missing person thriller) and ended up an excuse for wasting 2 hours that seemed like 10. None of the characters have depth or are likable, and no one even remembers the missing girl halfway into the film. The lead character is a failure at everything he does, apparently due to his PTSD. The worst part is the ending, Which is no ending, totally unresolved, but depressing . Do Not waster your time and energy on such a downer of a rotten film that has no qualities whatsoever.
