100% Cotton This is a great final movie to the original trilogy. I love how this one is meta about trilogies and how no one is safe in the third movie. I also love the Hollywood setting, playing into the business side of movies while making a sequel to Stab. I like how they dive deeper into Sidney's family lore. The cast is good. I never understood how Dewey keeps coming back. Dude is like Kenny from South Park. I also like the reveal of the killer and their motivations. It fits the pattern and makes for a good villain to end the trilogy. The story brings everything full circle. I like how this one dives deeper into Sidney and the trauma she's experienced. She's devoted her life to helping others in her situation, lives in a fortified remote house, and that ending shot was perfect. I'm a huge Creed fan, so hearing Creed in the intro was awesome. The pacing isn't great, and the whole gang doesn't get together until halfway through. Still, this is a fun, solid Scream movie.

this one is definitely the silliest and weakest of the original bunch. moving the setting to hollywood and a movie set inside the movie gets a bit too goofy, and it leans way more into comedy than actual scares. parker posey is hilarious as the actress playing gail weathers, and it is nice seeing sidney face her past, but the mystery feels kind of weak and the voice changer gadget they use is just ridiculous. it is still an entertaining ride if you love the characters, but it lacks the sharp edge of the first two.
