Chris M @Filmchris Aug 22 It's a terrific film with much dry humor exploring two best friends who travel to Vegas for a bachelor party and hoping to regain their lost confidence and mojo, they pursue to be taken seriously as male strippers. Jozef Fahey and Stephan Sanow are our two best friends-Joe will be getting married soon and Sanow, a struggling actor ,wanting to give his best buddy one final shot of confidence to get him ready for marriage. While in Vegas, they befriend dancers from the hot Aussie Heat strip revue show and with their help, their dream of stripping to gain confidence may become a reality. Stripping is used a a metaphor for gaining back diginity and confidence and accepting that being a "regular guy" is satisfying and masculine enough. Fahey and Sanow are so relatable and two guys we love taking the ride with. This is not only a funny look at pursing confidence and dreams, but by its conclusion-a a film with a lot of warmth and heart. It feels like watching two grown men tap back into their inner child without apology and it quietly reminds you that life goes fast and you have to make space for joy while you still can.
