Two brothers receive a cryptic video message inspiring them to revisit the UFO death cult they escaped a decade earlier. Hoping to find the closure that they couldn't find as young men, they're forced to reconsider the cult's beliefs when confronted with unexplainable phenomena surrounding the camp. As the members prepare for the coming of a mysterious event, the brothers race to unravel the seemingly impossible truth before their lives become permanently entangled with the cult.

Unfortunately the filmmakers introduce a sci-fi element in the second half that deflates much of the interpersonal tension and shifts the focus from the subtleties of mind control to the vagaries of time and space.

Much more potential. This movie relied on some white trash crack heads to be the pinnacle of the movie, the concept pretty much reaching a climax with a few deranged characters. Of course in the plot it’s justified why they’d be so crazy. But overall the use of special effects was decent and I think they could’ve had a much much better payout for the slow burn and build up. Wouldn’t watch again and wouldn’t recommend. But a few points for cinematography, the acting and the initial concept. This movie could have easily been better if they just decided to give the audience the juice instead being so artsy fartsy.
