Two years after he and his Autobot friends saved the Earth from the Decepticons, Sam Witwicky faces a new battle: college. Meanwhile, Optimus Prime and the Autobots are working with a secret military organization and trying to make a home for themselves on Earth. When an ancient Decepticon known as The Fallen rises up to wreak vengeance, Sam and his girlfriend, Mikaela, must figure out the history of the Transformers on Earth and find a way to defeat The Fallen once and for all.

The story involves historical events and is a good blend of facts and fiction making the story more interesting the movie makes you lose interest in some scenes and there was some mistakes on special effects and lighting but overall very interesting story moving forward from the previous movie worth rewatching

over whelming special effects, and war like movie, does not offer much, unless you don't mind hard to visualize continual special effects. and all these woman throwing themselves at men... whats with that ?

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is good because the scale is much bigger than the first film. The sequel adds more robots, more destruction, more locations, and more mythology, giving it a broad adventure-movie feel that moves from college to government facilities to Egypt. The best action moment is Optimus Prime’s forest fight. It is one of the strongest set pieces in the series because Optimus feels powerful, heroic, and genuinely outnumbered. When the robot action is clear, the visual effects, mechanical detail, and sense of impact are still impressive. Shia LaBeouf keeps Sam frantic and funny enough to carry the human side, while Peter Cullen’s voice gives Optimus the movie’s strongest heroic presence. The story is messy, loud, and overstuffed, and some of the humor is weak, but the spectacle is big enough to keep it watchable.

5.4/10 Taking away the Writer Strike at the time: Man, this movie is a mess. It's a very fun/turn-your-brain-off mess but still a mess. That forest fight scene clears most of the fights in the 1st movie.

Synopsis
