Max (Sigourney Weaver) and Page (Jennifer Love Hewitt) are a brilliant mother/daughter con team who have their grift down to a fine science. Max targets wealthy, willing men and marries them. Page then seduces them, and Max catches her husband in the act. Then it's off to palimony city and the next easy mark.

Though the actors pour a lot of energy into their roles, Heartbreakers is too drawn out, and the romantic subplot doesn't blend well. Also, the con women aren't particularly sympathetic.

An absolutely deplorable wretch, this is Gene Hackman at his most wildly unhinged, a scene-stealing turn that chews just enough scenery to ignite laughing fits whenever he’s around while never attempting to upstage the film’s stars.

Sigourney Weaver is the queen of campy films. she's made a lot of memorable ones like Paul and Vamps. One of the funniest parts is when Sigourney Weaver pretends to be a Russian woman named Ulga. Her Russian accent was lol. It was hilarious when she sings back in the USSR. Mostly in raw & raunchy comedies men play the lead roles. It's refreshing to see females in those roles instead. Ray Liotta is perfectly cast as Dean the wise ass tough guy with sorta of heart of gold. Gene Hackman usually plays dramatic & ornery guy roles it's refreshing to see him play a comedic role for a change. Heartbreakers is like the female version of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é bom, mas ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom
