After Nick makes an insensitive remark, his travel agent decides to get some payback by sending him and his best friend, Jerry, on a cruise for gay men. As the true nature of their situation gradually dawns on them, they start to get over their feelings of homophobia and meet potential mates. For Nick, love takes the form of a gorgeous model, Inga, while Jerry develops feelings for dance instructor Gabriella.

Critics Consensus

Boat Trip is a lame, juvenile farce that's heavy on stereotypes and desperate antics but short on brains and laughs.

All the dumb gay jokes are here, and they were lame and predictable at the time. I guess if you're a homophobic moron and you love gay stereotypes, then this film is for you.
