Clown Panic covers a lot of ground but still spins its wheels. It presents a variety of stories, but the finished product feels too disjointed in design. It stumbles through its investigative experience, as if it’s wearing giant clown shoes.

i don’t think they did this properly they’ve just made something ‘entertaining’ to watch , i feel it undermines the fears that young people had , especially when they were coming home from school

This documentary was borderline cringe and made with a clear underlying political agenda to it.. im so sick and tired of seeing far left extremism in shows and movies.. it seems to be getting worse and worse. Im here for entertainment not division! 🙄

This is extremely over-edited. Jumpy cuts, dramatic background music like a horror movie, and just generally poor storytelling. Spends a lot of time saying things like "and then everything went crazy" but not much time on the actual story. They also declare the whole thing to be a moral panic, but the film does a bad job of supporting that conclusion beyond just dismissing it as a prank.

Actually kind of impressed how boring the first part of this documentary is. The people interviewed don’t really have anything interesting to say. I think this topic has been better covered elsewhere.
