William R. P @Ogn_Dulk Mar 9, 2024 I din't have to watch this to know it's a setup, the coward will be revealed to be a hero in some grand theatrical/movie way See more Chris M @RT21954632 Apr 18, 2023 I've heard that song a couple of times and the one thing I don't get from it was World War 2. The makers forget something huge, it was called the Draft. Which means after Pearl Harbor, the choice to enlist or not too was no longer a choice. Pretty much every eligible man was taken, whether you wanted to go or not. Have no idea why they changed the time period when the song is country song and probably would work better as a western, like the Gambler. It's pretty sickly sweet with a script that in places is so clean that it borders on unnatural, but it's an easy watch on a slow afternoon. See more Aug 15, 2008 This is my favorite move!!
