Bill T @btreakle Sep 13, 2026 “Don’t Turn Out The Lights” I gotta say this is one of the cheesiest horror films I have ever watched in my entire life I believe. I can see why it had some low ratings on IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes. But nonetheless I have forged through and watched it just because but I do not recommend the film to too much of anyone because it is so cheesy.Hey I don’t waste your time on this one just bypass it cause it's really not worth the watch in my opinion. See more Houde F @houde Aug 7, 2026 Don't Turn Out the Lights starts with a promising setup and builds solid early tension around a road trip gone wrong, but it quickly spirals into an utterly unthought-out mess. Instead of committing to a clear concept, the movie just throws every horror trope imaginable into a random blender without establishing a single rule. The psychological trip quickly turns frustratingly trivial, culminating in a cheap, predictable loop ending that feels like a poorly improvised bedtime story. What could have been an atmospheric thriller completely collapses under the weight of its own chaotic brainstorm. A waste of potential. See more Garrett W @SGarrettW Jul 9, 2026 I usually love a good indie horror movie, but this one is just a massive waste of time. I'll forgive the overdone horror narrative of the characters undergoing a vehicle breakdown, but the completely flat script ruins any chance of real tension. Instead of building dread, it's just ninety minutes of abrasive people bickering and screaming over each other. I found the characters so unlikeable that I began rooting against them about thirty minutes in, just waiting for the threat to clear the room. Honestly, you're just waiting for the credits to roll so your ears can get a break from the constant shouting. A few decent visuals can't save a narrative this irritating. 2/10. I couldn't tell See more Faith M @hereforalongtime Jun 20, 2026 I don’t really know what I expected after watching the trailer for this, but I had hopes that it was going to be a skin walker type of trope and instead, I got one of the worst horror movies I think I’ve ever watched in my life. The acting was absolutely terrible on all parts. They had no idea where they wanted to go with the movie and just made it seem like it was up to you to determine what was after them when that was the worst thing that they could’ve done. Bad even until the end. See more Brytni R @RT55711162 Jun 3, 2026 If I could put 0 stars, I would. A true pain to watch, and I would know.. I suffered through the whole thing. Everything was bad: writing, acting, directing, music, sound effects, special effects, make up, etc. Truly one of the worst pieces of "cinema" I've ever had the misery of experiencing. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
