See more William T Apr 19 As a New Zealander watching this movie I'm dumbfounded at how out of touch and un-new Zealand it is. Everything is wrong with it and most of the locals are Australian actors with Australian accents. The culture is all wrong. The slang is all Australian and when the main actress uses American sland the Australian actors seem to understand yet in reality not one New Zealander would. What a terrible movie. This one she genuinely builds a good relationship with the love interest and she has a good enough reason to stay where she ends up. I rewatch this over and over one of my favorites!
