Cemal D @RT07024774 4 hrs ago A Gazelle Trapped Between Hunters, Predators, and Borders Powerful performances and remarkably realistic storytelling. Throughout the film, you feel as trapped as the protagonist himself: caught in a gruelingly long immigration process, helpless to protect his family back in Turkey or bring them to safety. The film captures that sense of powerlessness, uncertainty, and growing desperation with painful authenticity. A must-watch for anyone seeking to understand the human consequences of grave human rights violations in Turkey, as well as the shortcomings of an overwhelmed immigration system that struggles to distinguish genuine asylum seekers fleeing persecution from those primarily seeking better economic opportunities. A deeply moving film that stays with you long after the credits roll. See more Alice S @Alice974 6 hrs ago Gazelle is a must-see film. What’s shown on screen is only a small part of what so many people are actually living through. It’s powerful, emotional, and leaves a lasting impact. A story that deserves to be seen and heard. See more Rey D @Reyhane 8 hrs ago I would highly recommend Gazelle to therapists and anyone working in the mental health field. What makes this film particularly valuable is that it offers a glimpse into the emotional and psychological challenges of the immigrant experience, helping professionals better understand the struggles, complexities, and perspectives of people navigating life in a new country. Even if it only broadens their understanding a little, I believe it can make a meaningful difference in how they approach and support immigrant clients. Definitely a film worth watching!
