Though it suffers from... trying to do too much in one film, it's still a fun film.

So yeah, Mechagodzilla. Love it. Love it, love it, love it. Mechagodzilla is awesome. Godzilla is awesome. They fight, and it's awesome.

The film's plot is a bit ditzy all around, but it gets to the good stuff quickly.

Jun Fukuda sure knew how to direct fun action sequences! I enjoyed this so much more this time around. They also love to make Godzilla bleed!

Perhaps my favorite of all Godzilla films. The plot is catchy despite its occasional ridiculousness and MechaGodzilla is fricken awesome. Ive seen it several times and will watch again. A must see for any kaiju movie lover

My personal favorite Showa Era film. It’s fun, campy, and can be pretty serious at its times. The monster scenes are pretty well done, and the human drama is actually pretty well done.
