Starla R @RT81066646 4d Completely misses the mark. Maika was not the right choice, she doesn't bring the charm the "unattainable girl" character needs. A perfect example is Samara Weaving in the Babysitter killer queen movies, she was fantastic in that role. Unfortunately this movie also gives Maika's character no depth and takes every opportunity to sexualize her. The movie was also not cohesive, it felt empty and shallow, while basically ripping off better movies and still ending up missing the mark. When you don't have a director/writer that knows that humans have a depth, a soul, grounded in universal morals of right and wrong, you end up with shallow vapid characters and a movie pretending to be something it isn't. More and more movies are like this now because we have ppl that have lost that knowledge or never had it in the first place and have a subconscious or even conscious hatred for humanity and morals.
