One night in Las Vegas, a pawn shop owner purchases a statue of a leprechaun from a mysterious stranger. He ignores the stranger's warning to never remove the statue's golden medallion and takes it for himself. Instantly the statue transforms into the murderous Leprechaun, who vows to kill anyone who takes his gold. Scott McCoy, who unwittingly took a gold coin from the pawn shop, and Tammy, Scott's new friend, are first on the list.

The film starts with nearly 2 minutes of green text on a black background, such a bad start. This film is so awful, worse than the previous, the characters are worse, the story is worse, the cinematography is worse. The lore has been rewritten again, now you get one wish for every gold coin you steal. Absolutely no consistency between the films except for Warwick Davis. Anyone who’s been to a casino knows how truly depressing it is, just like this movie. Quickfire atrocities: acting is dreadful, characters are dire, writing is torture, direction is non-existent. Saving graces: the topless robot and cutting the magician in half. Usually the antagonist is the most engaging part of these b-movies but here the leprechaun is just annoying and devoid of charisma.
