It has aspirations to be RoboCop but this feels more like autopilot. Pratt is committed and the plotting is sometimes effective, but Rebecca Ferguson’s non-Dredd-ful judge is the only good reason to watch it.

Timur Bekmambetov's Mercy is a ridiculous whodunnit that implements 90% Screenlife with a majority of the film taking place throughout surveillance, drones, social media, and video calls.

That this idea of AI judge, jury and execution is a bad idea and the movie proves it...AI is not perfect as human beings are not perfect. Giving a program that much power over our decisions, could bite us in the butt later. There's absolutely no empathy from machines or programs.

Great thriller that takes you on an emotional and psychological adventure twisting the thought of the pros and cons of AI and the justice system’s involvement with it. Chris Pratt did a great job portraying the raw emotion of how you would feel wrongly being convicted of your wife’s murder and everything that comes along with it.
