Performances by Aristotle Athari and Zosia Mamet are nuanced and funny. Grace Kuhlenschmidt is superb. Molli and Max is an all-around great film and Direction by Michael Lukk is fantastic - I loved it! At times it seems like a spoof of other movies like When Harry Met Sally and Before Sunrise, but with hilariously improbable science fiction and fantasy shoveled in for comedy effect.
