Between the thrilling action scenes, excellent chemistry between the actors, memorable soundtrack, and moments that allow us to empathise with the antagonists (!), "The Mummy Returns" turns out to be a pleasant surprise. [Full review in Spanish].

[Stephen] Sommers is a pure pop Stephen Spielberg but this chapter is less 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' than 'Gunga Din,' a pulp update of old Hollywood action movies.
