Judith R @RT81947587 Nov 10, 2025 - Sunday At Il Posto Accanto brings so much heart and entertainment to such an anguished time in our history. I loved watching the true to form NYC peeps at their best and my husband and I can vouch for the deliciousness of the real life lower east side restaurant, Il Posto Accanto. The owners, Julio and his wife Beatrice are truly the soul of this film, and while the stark reality of the pandemic informs constantly, this movie is a joy to watch! I heard that the guy that robbed whorehouse is a true story. See more Tee C @RT02625079 Oct 30, 2025 What a fabulous ride through the day to day of the most rich characters. One of those movies you want to watch again and again for this slice of life journey that is at once so moving, heartwarming and comical. See more Bill R @RT78723909 Oct 30, 2025 Loved this movie! Cameos by Bea and Julio are amazing!! The message is also one that encourages humanity and togetherness that the world needs now! See more Roberto M @RT05854602 Oct 11, 2025 The House of Petunias is in full bloom! A beautifully crafted movie that catches the true spirit of Il Posto Accanto: a home for everyone who loves amazing and authentic food and wants to be surrounded by like-minded people; people that say “fuxk social medias!”, let’s have face to face conversations with other wonderful human beings. The acting by the pros and not feels genuine and old school NYC. For those who are lucky enough to go to il Posto regularly, this is something to cherish, a piece of our heart; for those who have not been yet, you will be ready to book your ticket to NYC!
