A clear product of its time with a really lowbrow approach to comedy but there is something unique that stands out in this era of vulgar/stoner types of movies. The writing actually has some smart timing & jokes brought back that prove this team has a specific kind of skill. The tone is charming & the ingredients are right to become a cult classic that is all thanks to the memorable characters. Unfortunately, it’s about 20 minutes too long with a thin story & a terrible third act.
