K K @KatieDL Jun 21 Romanticized premeditated cheating is all this movie offers. The lead characters neither resist their mistakes nor feel remorse for them. With virtually no loyalty to be found and no chemistry between the actors, there’s nothing that entices you to continue watching, except for maybe hoping that someone finally gets what they deserve, which no one does. A single punch to the face and a boyfriend who not only takes a cheater back, but immediately proposes to her after finding out, doesn’t suffice for me. No chemistry. No loyalty. No accountability. No consequences. I haven’t watched a tolerable Nicholas Sparks movie since A Walk to Remember, but this has to be one of the worst. See more Xin W @RT86160047 Jun 21 The female lead feels like she is in a horror movie, she gives off very negative vibes thru it all, the male lead stupidly falls for such a thing as a crazy woman just because, um what exactly? She is very unlikable, not even in a cute way sadly. The overall sentiment is that love is just love and we should accept the movie for what it is, a corny American romance movie just because it's based on a novel, but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. 1/5 See more Susanne R. @RT31737829 Jun 12 Really! See more tukuikyo T @RT91009330 Jun 9 Me personally i hated the fact it was about cheating on a perfectly good relationship for someone you met a couple of days ago. I loved it on some parts but it was corny half the time’s. It felt super rushed and the disaster felt so.. out of nowhere. It felt like they added it just to extend the movie and make it longer. It had zero point in being there of the cheating two already had a good ending. They should have left it when they had kids and a good ending.
