Starr Carter is constantly switching between two worlds -- the poor, mostly black neighborhood where she lives and the wealthy, mostly white prep school that she attends. The Hate U Give isnt always an easy pill to swallow by design: Tillman and Wells want to start a conversation. They succeed in their intentions, creating one of the best films of the past decade, and a showcase for Stenberg.

When watching this movie i enjoyed all the crowded scenes, as it shows great coordination from all the actors and showed that lots of effort was put into the production of this film.

This movie sucks in my opinion Starr whole plot is she's against racism but almost the whole movie she gives off a racist vibe and this film could of done better the cop didn't kill Khalil because he was black like the film tries to tell you but its night and there was a shooting nearby and you pulled someone over and they reach in their car it's most likely a gun and your not going to shoot for your safety. Terrible plot, terrible acting, whole movie is terrible DON'T WATCH THIS MOVIE IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom
