In this fourth chapter of the hit comedy franchise THE NAPA BOYS, Jack Jr. (Nick Corirossi), his reluctant co-captain Miles Jr. (Armen Weitzman), and the rest of the Napa Boys gang are back for one more wine-sloshed journey into the unknown. With a mission set forth by the mysterious "Sommelier," they are joined this time by Puck, a bright young podcaster and the Napa Boys' biggest fan, as the group embarks on the adventure of a lifetime. Still, there is something about Corirossi's comedy that's so committedly in your face you can't ignore it, but I grew weary of its artillery of sophomoric, repetitive inside-baseball jokes.

It’s the equivalent of witnessing a trio having a conversation, but two members suddenly decide to start cracking inside jokes. It can be novel for a while, but such isolation can quickly sour into resentment due to exclusion.

Is "The Napa Boys" derivative? Yes. Is it sophomoric? Yep—and proudly so. It’s also totally lacking in pretense and doesn’t take itself very seriously. It’s a guy movie destined for cult immortality and is unafraid of being politically incorrect.

it seems like everyone had fun making this, but this crew is much better suited to short form content. the film has its moments but is very disorganized and mostly relies on slapstick humor. i think that this movie could probably be much funnier with a larger budget and if nick corirossi was just a character instead of directing, since the movie is basically 100% devoid of structure. he's definitely got funny ideas, but i think he needs some more guidance to create a finished film.
