It's a very likeable film. With a big heart, good intentions and a sharp eye for social absurdities, it can hardly be anything else. Go to Full Review Ellie Lucas trans|cendental cinema Jun 25, 2024
The entire tone of the film takes on a kind of patronizing view of Bree that is consistently frustrating at best and deeply offensive at worst. Go to Full Review Bruce C. Steele The Advocate Apr 20, 2022

So many people in 1 hour and 43 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!! See more Andre L @RT47668181 Feb 27, 2025 Spoiler free - A very boring and predictable tale, with the expected uninspiring writing that comes along with the subject matter. The acting was average at best, and seemed everybody was there more for a check, than actually creating something that gets the audience invested. So many better options in the genre that don't rely on a gimmick to try to stand out. See more Hoi Y @HoiYo Aug 28, 2023 The way that this film was done brought so many aspects of gender dysphoria and transexualism to light in a very poignant and powerfully "stealth" way. Felicity Huffman's performance has made an impact on society with this film. See more Read all reviews
