Alton Williams Battle Royale With Cheese Aug 16, 2026
An offbeat, energetic and entertaining ride — a story about two friends trying to survive a weekend that goes wildly off the rails, discovering who they are when the world around them starts to fracture. Go to Full Review

Mixing a buddy comedy, a journey into the underworld, and plenty of fart jokes, Weekend at the End of the World serves as a reminder that we still have a long way to go before comedy finds its footing again. Go to Full Review

This is a horror comedy that ticks pretty much every box needed for a VERY entertaining experience. Fans of this hybrid genre (and I am one) should enjoy this little gem. For me, it has the potential to be a cult hit. Go to Full Review

Jennifer L @RT10970375 5 days ago Not good, not funny. I’m not sure who gave this a 99% but it should have been in the 30%s. I love Indy, cult, b movies, and clever unknown gems but this was none of those. It had its moments when I thought maybe it would start to get good but it never happened. Thomas Lennon was the best thing about this film and it it could have possibly be salvaged if they they used his character up to its potential. See more TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch Oct 24, 2026 Weekend at the End of the World is a difficult film to sit through. It feels unwatchable at times, offering little that connects with me. The plot is flat and boring, and I struggled to understand what it was trying to say or how it was supposed to resonate. The screenplay doesn’t help. The characters and conversations bounce back and forth, making everything feel scattered. It starts with broad comedy, then leans so heavily into that style that the humor becomes exhausting rather than entertaining. The jokes never give the film enough substance, and it feels made simply for the sake of existing. Ultimately, Weekend at the End of the World is bland, forgettable, and hard to recommend. I never found a reason to stay invested, and it offers too little meaningful storytelling or effective comedy to make up for that. It feels like a waste of time rather than an experience that leaves an impression. I can’t recommend it, and I don’t think it’s worth telling anyone to watch. See more Charlie H @rippperap Sep 4, 2026 It's super tense, emotional, and surprisingly moving. The performances feel real and the story sticks to the end. Bravo!! See more Joey P @joeypandora3 Sep 4, 2026 A sharp, offbeat apocalypse movie that feels refreshingly different. This film mixes dark comedy, chaos, and genuine emotion without losing its personality. It’s the kind of movie that sticks with you after the credits because there really isn’t much else quite like it See more Carly A @jasmineduho Sep 3, 2026 unsettling without relying on cheap scares, and the tension keeps building in unexpected ways. Easily one of the more memorable things I’ve watched lately See more Russ R @russellthebigdog Sep 3, 2026 Really enjoyed this one. The premise is wild, but the smaller character moments are what made it work for me. Tense, strange, and surprisingly emotional See more Read all reviews
