Alain E @AlainE 02/17/2025 The first ten minutes convinced me not to watch the rest. The actors speak with passivity and pretty much nothing happens. A dog is lost, the neighbor who denies jogging is moving away and the hero calls the pizza restaurant that sent a flyer although he is not hungry and doesn’t want to order. See more 03/30/2023 Something is wrong and sometimes we just don't know it or don't want to Director Quentin Dupieux makes a very surreal non-linear story filled with wit and pondering This focuses on a firefighter named Dolph Springer played by John Plotnick One day he wakes up to find out his dog Paul is missing Then he starts denying he's actually lost his job and keeps showing up like it's no big deal A palm tree in his yard then shows up replacing an old pine tree It also inexplicably starts raining in his office and he's the only one who can see it His need to live in a world of denial applies to all the parts of his life that are not working This has a David lynch-like quality to it without giving straight up answers That can prove to be challenging for viewers but it's a risk that's worth taking A lot of this narrative is confusing yet it feels like a dream an abstract one at best See more 12/07/2019 Hace un par de semanas revisando los nuevos torrents, vi un nombre de una película que me llamo la atención: "Wrong" Busco las reseñas y sin mucha más información, procedo a descargarla. Antes de verla reviso la ficha nuevamente y descubro que es el mismo director de Rubber. See more 01/19/2017 3.7/5 Wrong doesnt that much to it beyond the almost impossibly unique vision of Quention Depieux, but that vision alone is what makes the film and absolute blast to sit through just to attempt to grasp at the insanity that it presents.
