Steve D @RT35616104 Jun 27, 2023 More creepy than fun. See more Mar 2, 2021 This has to be the most embarrassing vehicle for Fred Astaire and Vincent Minnelli. Cringe-worthy from the first scene to the last. See more Sep 12, 2015 Vincente Minnelli's lush Technicolor fable is uneven to say the least, but it's a triumph of style over substance; Astaire and Bremer dance to the song "Coffee Time." See more Aug 27, 2014 Another musical and dancing delight from Fred Astaire in this timeless classic. A latin heiress calls upon her guardian angel for support and gets a on the run con-man who's pretending to be the angel and is about to help take her money but ends up falling in love with her. Once again Fred Astaire provides magnificent entertainment with his singing and dancing and Brener dazzles us with her beauty and a great performance. You can always guarantee good singing and dancing scenes when Astaire is casted. He is always delightful to watch. As a fan of Astaire I encourage anyone who is thrilled to watch great dancing and good tunes to watch a movie with Fred Astaire in it. You definitely get your worth of entertainment out of him. See more Jul 24, 2014 Not my favorite Fred movie but as always, it's a pleasure to watch him dance! See more Apr 12, 2014 Yolanda is just such an awful character, can't get past it and her beyond extreme naivete/stupidity. Nothing in the script is believable, character motivations make no sense.
