Graduates from all walks of life compete for a limited number of available full-time employment opportunities at Pierpoint, a top investment bank in London; the graduates include Harper Stern, a Black upstate New York native who uproots her life in pursuit of success, despite having lied about the university she attended, Hari Dhar, a state-school graduate and child of Hindi-speaking immigrants, Augustus "Gus" Sackey, a gay Black British graduate of Eton and Oxford, Robert Spearing, a white working-class Oxford graduate who is eager to please and Yasmin Kara-Hanani, a privileged, well-connected child of Lebanese parents with an underachieving, drug-addled boyfriend.

This is definitely a show to watch with subtitles... Still, the cast remains top-drawer, some characters show real potential, and the fact I binge-watched the series says a lot for Industry’s continuing allure.

This show should have ended after season 3. It's empty and depending on kinky sex and soap opera fluff to keep going. A textbook case of pushing the envelope and finding nothing.

Lucky to even get half a star. The first two seasons were fine. Nothing special, but an interesting watch. Then we begin our descent into utter shite. Why am I watching an entire episode dedicated to character building of some aristocratic dickhead introduced late on, when i know fuck all about the backgrounds of the majority of the main characters? Why are you pushing a narrative that onlyfans is good for the world?? Get in the bin.

On course to be a top 2 season, Whitney is such a great addition to the cast. Loving how this is building up, also seeing Yasmin outside of the trading floor has been great.

This show is a perfect example of why main characters don't need to be good to be compelling, almost everyone in this show is toxic and awful around each other, and yet we root for people like Harper, she's a hypocrite but she rails against the ivory tower the other characters are in.

I really enjoyed the first two seasons. Third one a bit less, but it was still good. The fourth season is horrible. I can barely force myself to watch it. Jumped the shark, to over use a catchphrase. The English aristocracy subplot becomes a dominant thing, and it just strays from the finance and volatility theme that made it interesting in the first to me. Or maybe I just don’t like that population and don’t want to decipher the dialogue. Either way I can’t watch it anymore.

I enjoyed the first two seasons they were thrilling , but man the characters are just awful people. They are terrible people doing awful things. There is no one to root for in this show. It is exhausting to watch and not great for anyones mental health. Skip this one.
